Frankenstein Stew

by sarah'smommy

Kids love Frankenstein Stew because it has hotdogs in it. It's a good way to get them to eat vegetables. Serve it at Halloween, of course. Call it Frank Stew and you can serve it anytime!

Ingredients:

* 4 hot dogs, sliced into coins
* 1/4 onion, chopped
* 1 can condensed bean soup
* 1 can condensed vegetable soup (any variety)
* 1 soup can water
* 1 can diced tomatoes

Directions:

Start frying the hotdog coins in a skillet. Add the chopped onion and let cook until the onion is soft. Add the condensed soups, water, and tomatoes. Continue heating it, stirring occasionally to so that it gets mixed.

You can also add any leftover cooked vegetables to this that you have, such as corn, peas, green beans, or carrots.
