Chicken Corn Chowder

by Lisa Lynn

This Chicken Corn Chowder recipe is made special with the bacon garnish. While the recipe calls for Bacon Bits, it is even better if use a couple slices of real bacon.

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup chopped celery
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 2 Tbsp. butter
* 1 can cream of chicken soup
* 1 can cream of potato soup
* 1 can cream style corn
* 1 can boned chicken or 1 cup diced cooked chicken
* 2 soup cans milk
* 1 Tbsp. Bacon Bits

Directions:

In a saucepan, saute celery and onion in butter until onion is translucent. Add remaining ingredients, except for the Bacon Bits. Heat on low, stirring occasionally. Garnish each bowl of Chicken Corn Chowder with the Bacon Bits. Makes about 7 cups.
