Crock Pot Vegetable Beef Stew

by Julie Ann

With this crock pot vegetable beef stew recipe, there's no peeling and chopping vegetables. That really saves on the mess, which if you are like me, you'll really appreciate.

Ingredients:

* 3 lbs. stew beef
* 3 Tbsp. flour
* 2 cans crushed tomatoes
* 1 container (32 oz) beef broth
* 2 envelopes beef stew seasoning mix
* 2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
* 1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:

coat the beef with the flour. Use a little vegetable oil and fry it just until it is browned up nice on the outside.

Put all the ingredients into a large crock pot.

Cook on low for 8 hours or more.

Making it this way, it comes out very thick.

If you want it thinner, to be soup instead of stew, add more beef broth or some water.
